Neatworkz is a suite of plug-ins that extends the capabilities of Vectorworks to assist and simplify the design and documentation of systems and networks. It is aimed primarily at electronic systems for the broadcast, audio-visual and IT networking markets. However, it is extremely flexible and can be configured to allow you to document almost any collection of connected things. Neatworkz provides a rich set of tools and functions that automate these processes while placing the absolute minimum restriction on the designers freedom of choice. Drawings can begin life as vague ideas and shape up as information becomes available - the way real projects work. It is an open system based on the principle of making drawings both human and machine-readable. All the data is stored in the drawing and can be inspected and modified using standard Vectorworks commands, and the look and feel of drawing can be freely configured by the user.
