RFLaplace is a stand-alone calculating application relying on Vectorworks for initial data entry and detailed graphical result display. RFLaplace is a 2D electro-magnetic field simulator for TEM structures. It is a link between field and circuit analysis, allowing arbitrary physical structures, specified by its cross section, to be described in terms of characteristic impedances, velocity factors, attenduation and other TEM mode structure properties. Equipotential contours for twisted repairs, field vectors at the edge of microstripline substrate, current density and dielectric losses on the surface of microstripline etc. RFLaplace v1.6 provides project metaphor for automating multiple calculations for hands free operation; uses Vectorworks for initial graphical data entry and result display. V1.6 is optimized for 030,040 and is PowerPC native. |
