Germany and Switzerland Launch VectorWorks 11

Lorrach, Germany (September 14, 2004)—The German and Swiss distribution partners of Nemetschek North America, ComputerWorks, have officially released VectorWorks, ARCHITECT, LANDMARK and SPOTLIGHT 11 in those regions. ComputerWorks officials state that there are numerous improvements to be found in the VectorWorks 11 product line, most notably in the areas of drawing presentation, file structure, and collaboration.

Carlos Lüthy, ComputerWorks, Germany, stated "In the past, designers have appreciated what VectorWorks has to offer, but version 11 offers so much more, which makes this a must-have upgrade. Our users are especially delighted with the new artistic rendering modes and viewports, as this opens up many new possibilities while still maintaining the software’s simplicity and intuitiveness."

ComputerWorks has been selling VectorWorks in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for seventeen years. ComputerWorks not only adapts VectorWorks to the local standards, but it also develops industry-specific solutions within VectorWorks for carpenters, architects, and landscape architects.
