Nemetschek North America Launches Expanded
VectorWorks Training Series
In response to user demand, new seminars offer specialized training

Columbia, Maryland (December 14, 2004)— Nemetschek North America announced today the expansion of the VectorWorks Professional Learning Series to include new product-specific seminars on VectorWorks ARCHITECT, VectorWorks LANDMARK, VectorWorks SPOTLIGHT, and RenderWorks. The hands-on seminars have been designed for VectorWorks users to increase product knowledge and sharpen skills through expert instruction in a classroom environment. Seminars are scheduled to begin in January, 2005, and will be held in cities across North America.

The new Professional Learning Series seminars are designed for new and existing users with basic knowledge of the VectorWorks Industry Series products who would like to become more proficient with the technology that applies to their disciplines. One-day and two-day seminars will be offered. All two-day seminars also include a one-time, follow-up review session presented through WebEx™. These review sessions give seminar participants the chance to put what they’ve learned into practice back at their offices and ask the instructor questions at a later date.

VectorWorks ARCHITECT and RenderWorks seminars will be introduced in first quarter, 2005. VectorWorks LANDMARK and VectorWorks SPOTLIGHT seminars are scheduled to roll out in the third and fourth quarters. The VectorWorks ARCHITECT course is AIA CES certified, so attendees can earn up to 32 CES learning units.

"The demand for specific VectorWorks ARCHITECT, LANDMARK, and SPOTLIGHT training has been overwhelming throughout this past year," said Dan Monaghan, marketing director, Nemetschek North America. "To meet this increased demand, we’re pleased to offer new Professional Learning Series seminars. These new seminars will offer the product-specific training users are looking for. Since one of our ongoing goals at Nemetschek North America is to provide our users with the tools and training they need, we’re thrilled to offer these new options and look forward to providing more in the near future."
